3.2.5. Inlet collector

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Pit pressure in fuel system and disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.

2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Unscrew two bolts (arrow) and uncover the engine.
4. Remove the air filter.
5. Disconnect wires and hoses from a throttle, disconnect a rope of a butterfly valve.
6. Disconnect a tube of system of recirculation (shooter) of final gases from the camera.
7. Remove two arms of the camera.
8. Unscrew bolts (A) and twist the nuts (V) fixing the camera to the inlet collector located below and remove the camera.

LOWER PART OF THE COLLECTOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER
2. Disconnect wires from fuel injectors.
3. Disconnect a hose of a heater (A) and a hose of air supply (V) from a collector disconnect a fuel hose from the fuel highway.
4. Unscrew bolts and twist nuts (arrow), remove the lower section of a collector – figures specified the sequence of tightening of bolts and nuts.
5. Under the lower part of a collector the hose of cooling liquid (shooter) is located. If you removed an inlet collector, is strongly recommended to replace an old hose with new.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully clean and wipe with acetone the joined surfaces of a collector and heads.
2. Establish new laying and establish the lower section of a collector and tighten bolts till the required inhaling moment.
3. Establish the remained details.
