Arrangement of the socket of the elektromaknitny valve (4-cylinder engines)

In 4-cylinder engines the socket of the electromagnetic valve is located in peredny speak rapidly transmissions, directly over the switch of system of blocking of ignition.

Arrangement of the socket of the elektromaknitny valve (6-cylinder engines)

In 6-cylinder engines the socket of the electromagnetic valve is located opposite to the switch of system of blocking of ignition.

Check of electromagnetic valves

1. Electromagnetic N1 and N2 valves

2. Compressed air

3. Accumulator

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check electromagnetic valves, give accumulator tension on contacts of each of valves.
2. If valves are serviceable, you have to hear click.
3. Send a stream of compressed air to each of valves, pressure about 65 psi. Valves should not pass air.
4. Again give accumulator tension on contacts and be convinced that the valve opened.

CODES OF MALFUNCTIONS

The electronic control system is equipped with function of automatic search of malfunctions. The code of malfunction is brought in memory of system, and then highlighted on the display panel of a condition of the engine.
