Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. 2. Remove the central finishing panel and remove radio. 3. Remove handles of management and unscrew control panel screws (are specified by shooters). 4. Disconnect wires (are specified by shooters) from the control panel – the Avalon model. 5. Disconnect two ropes (are specified by shooters) from a back part of the control panel – the Avalon model. Remove the control panel. 6. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

Adjustment of the operating ropes

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To adjust the rope operating the air inlet gate, install the lever in situation FRESH, establish and record a rope. 2. To adjust a rope the managing director of air mix, install the lever of air mix in position of COOL, establish and record a rope (it is specified by an arrow).

Check of an electric chain

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check air conditioning system switch, having connected a tester to contacts 2 and 5. When the switch is transferred to position of ON, a chain between contacts 2-5 and 3-4 has to be closed. 2. Test the switch of the modes (see the table). 3. To replace any details of the control panel, remove handles (A), unscrew screws of a cover (V) and unscrew screws of switches (C).
