Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Remove transmission.
3. Remove a spring, get a coupling switching off fork, get the release bearing from a fork.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Holding an external holder check freedom of rotation of the bearing. The bearing has to rotate freely in a holder. Otherwise replace the bearing. It is forbidden to wash out the bearing in solvent.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease an internal flute of the bearing, a vent of a main shaft and the holder of the forward bearing of a main shaft of the check point with refractory lubricant.
2. Grease with refractory lubricant dredging under a spherical support.
3. Grease with refractory lubricant of the place of fastening of the bearing and dredging under a pusher of the working cylinder. Establish a spring bracket.
4. Install the bearing on a fork.
5. Dress the bearing on a main shaft of the check point. Pass a fork through a cover and dress a fork on a support, having pressured her before click.
6. Slightly grease with refractory lubricant the surface of the bearing adjoining to a diaphragm spring.
7. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
