If any of washers does not work, then the tank of a washer can be empty. Add washer liquid. It is possible to use simple water in this quality. But in cold areas where temperature range is below freezing waters, use the washer liquid containing antifreeze. Follow instructions of the manufacturer in what parts to mix it with water.
