GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

The considered cars are equipped with a safety cushion (SRS system). When working near details of a safety cushion switch-off the battery in order to avoid operation of system and injuries.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Transfer the ignition key to position of OFF and disconnect the battery from weight. Remove the positive plug of the battery and wait not less than 2 min.
	2. Turn a wheel and establish wheels in the provision of driving on a straight line, hook the screw-driver and remove caps of screws on both parties of a wheel. Release two screws of fastening of the module of a safety cushion (1 – the screw with cross shliyets, 2 – the screw case). Release screws until dredging on a screw head does not come into a screw case opening.
	3. Remove the safety module.
	4. Press a socket clamp
	5. Disconnect the socket.
	6. Disconnect sockets of a sound signal and system a cruise control.
7. Turn off a nut of fastening of a wheel and designate the provision of a wheel concerning a shaft (are applied on parts of cars of a tag of orientation of a wheel with the manufacturer).
	8. Vypressuyte steering wheel. Remove a wheel a stripper. It is forbidden to remove a wheel blows to a nave.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Make sure that wheels are established in the provision of driving on a straight line. Turn a spiral wire counterclockwise to feeling of hard rotation. Turn a wire clockwise on three turns and combine two indexes of red color. At the correct installation the spiral has to turn in both parties on three turns.
2. Combine tags of a wheel and a shaft, establish a wheel and tighten a nut with the set moment.
3. Attach sockets a cruise control and a sound signal.
4. Attach the safety module socket.
5. Install the module of safety and tighten screws with the set moment.
6. Attach to the wire battery.
