Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean all details solvent and check them for existence of wear and damages.
2. If the spring or the piston of the reducing valve are damaged, it is necessary to replace all elements of the valve.
3. Measure a gap between the conducted gear wheel and a casing of the pump.
4. Measure a gap between the plane of gear wheels and the plane of a casing of the pump.
5. Measure a gap between teeth of gear wheels – tags on surfaces of gear wheels have to be directed outside. If gaps exceed the most admissible norms, gear wheels need to be replaced.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace an epiploon of a bent shaft. Grease an epiploon with universal lubricant.
