3.2.6. Final collectors

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Oil bolts of collectors impregnating.
3. Remove oxygen sensors from both collectors.
4. Disconnect a tube of system of recirculation of final gases from a back collector and a head of cylinders.

5. Twist nuts, the fixing exhaust pipes to collectors.
6. Unscrew bolts and remove collectors.
7. Examine collectors on existence of cracks and other damages.
8. Carefully clean the joined surfaces of a collector and a head of cylinders. If you found out that laying of a collector proceeded, check whether the collector is deformed, if necessary address the expert.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish new laying.
2. Establish a collector and twist bolts.
3. Tighten bolts till the required inhaling moment.
4. Establish the remained details, start the engine and check final system for existence of leaks
