3.3.20. Installation of the balancing device of the engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the surfaces of the block of cylinders and the balancing device, establish laying.
2. Install the first piston in the top dead point.
3. Combine tags (deepening) on shaft with the cuts corresponding to them in a casing of shaft.
4. Install the balancing device on the block and insert bolts. Tighten bolts till the required inhaling moment in the specified sequence.
5. Measure trailer gaps of shaft by means of the special measuring instrument. If gaps exceed the most admissible limits, address the expert.
6. Measure a district gap of the tooth gearing of a shaft of N1 in four various provisions (1 – a gear wheel of a bent shaft, 2 – N1 shaft gear wheel).
7. Combine a tag And N1 shaft with a cut in a casing and measure a district gap (1 – the top half of a casing, 2 – N1 shaft).
8. Combine a tag In N1 shaft with a cut in a casing and measure a district gap.
9. If the free wheeling of a shaft exceeds admissible limits, adjust its size by means of adjusting laying.
