7.2.17. System of the choice of the channel of absorption (ACIS system)


The system of the choice of the channel of absorption provides switching of the channel of air supply depending on engine loading. The control of the drive of system is provided with depression in the soaking-up collector.

1. Establish a tee with the vacuum gage between the drive and a vacuum hose. Start the engine. Idling depression should not be. By sharp pressing an accelerator pedal depression has to be 200 мм.рт.ст, and the rod of the drive has to be involved.
2. In the absence of depression check purity of the union and serviceability of hoses and a pneumatic distributor
3. Check the vacuum chamber and a pneumatic distributor. At a camera purge air has to pass only from the union B in the union A.
4. During creation of depression in shtutsy And air should not pass through the union B within 1 min.
5. Resistance of the coil of a pneumatic distributor has to be 33–39 Ohms at 20 °C.
5. Replace a pneumatic distributor if resistance of the coil does not meet standard.


1. Disconnect the battery from weight, disconnect vacuum hoses from the amplifier of brakes, the valve of bystry idling and the perepuskny air valve.
2. Turn off bolts of the perepuskny valve and remove perepuskny the valve assembled with the drive.
