7.2.12. Contact sensor of pressure of the hydraulic booster

GENERAL INFORMATION

The contact sensor of pressure is mounted on the union of the pump of the hydraulic booster.

The sensor is intended for maintenance of turns of idling of the engine during commission of maneuver at the parking.

The sensor is faulty if during commission of maneuver at the parking the engine becomes deaf, or continues to work at the raised idling turns.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket and check short circuit of contacts of the sensor on the working engine. Contacts of the sensor have to be opened, and in the extreme provision of wheels at turn – are closed. Replace the faulty sensor.

Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight.
3. Disconnect the socket and turn out the sensor. After installation of the new sensor remove air from the hydraulic booster (see subsection 9.2.7.).
