FOUR-CYLINDER ENGINES

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket (the sensor is on a partition of a motor compartment) and check presence of voltage of 5 V between conclusions 1 (–) and 3 (+) at the included ignition. If there is no tension, then PCM – the module should be taken to repare. Figures designated conclusions of sockets of the sensor.
2. Attach the socket and check presence of tension between conclusions 2 (+) and 1 (–), having connected voltmeter probes to a back part of conclusions and having created in the sensor depression by the manual vacuum pump via the union (disconnect a hose from the sensor).
At the included ignition tension has to be the following:
with a pressure of 100 mm Hg of 0,3-0,5 B
with a pressure of 200 mm Hg of 0,7-0,9 B
with a pressure of 300 mm Hg of 1,1-1,3 B
with a pressure of 400 mm Hg of 1,5-1,9 B
with a pressure of 500 mm Hg of 1,9-2,1 V.
Otherwise replace the sensor.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Switch off ignition.
2. Disconnect the socket, turn off a bolt (it is specified by an arrow) and remove the sensor.
