9.1.14. Nave and bearing of a back wheel

GENERAL INFORMATION

Details of a nave of a back wheel with bearing knot

Removal


Prevention

Nave of a back wheel with the bearing are not subject to repair and change as uniform knot.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and establish on supports. Remove a back wheel.
2. Remove a drum or a disk of a brake (see subsection 10.6.).
3. Turn off 4 bolts of fastening of the case of a nave to a suspension bracket arm through openings in a nave flange. For access to bolts the flange needs to be turned.
4. Remove a nave assembled with the bearing.
5. Remove a sealing ring of a nave.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a nave and combine openings in the nave case with openings under bolts in a brake board. Wrap bolts. At installation of bolts in carving openings it is convenient to use a magnet. Tighten bolts with the set moment.
2. Install the reel (or a disk) brakes, a support and a wheel. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
