Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and establish on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Remove the panel of protection of a wing which fastens three bolts.
3. Disconnect steering drafts from the left and right rotary fists (see subsection 9.2.3.).
	4. Disconnect drafts of the stabilizer from a bar, having turned off nuts (arrow). At a provorachivaniye of a hairpin record it a six-sided key. At removal of the lever turn off the lower nut.
	5. Turn off bolts of fastening of collars of plugs of the stabilizer to an engine frame.
6. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.
7. Turn off bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism (see subsection 9.2.5.).
8. Remove the steering mechanism and get a stabilizer bar from the left wheel.
	9. Remove rubber plugs and check their state. If on plugs damages are found, then replace plugs. Check a condition of hinges of drafts of the stabilizer for what shake 5–6 times the spherical hinge here and there. Then screw a nut and turn it a dynamometer key (with a scale in several N. of m) on 1 turn, doing a turn during 2–4 sec. At commission of the 5th turn read the instrument of a dynamometer of a key which has to be ranging from 0,04 to 0,87 N. m. Otherwise replace draft of the stabilizer.
10. Clear the place of a prileganiye of plugs on a bar of dirt and a rust.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Oil new plugs culinary vegetable.

Prevention

It is forbidden to oil plugs at assembly mineral, oil on an oil basis, or brake fluid in order to avoid a premature exit of plugs out of operation.

2. The stabilizer is installed upside-down.
