Braking signal switch

The switch of a signal of braking is mounted on an arm near the top part of a pedal.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight, disconnect the conducting socket from the braking signal switch.
2. Release a lock-nut and turn out the switch from an arm.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check and if necessary adjust pedal height. See subsection 2.23.
2. Release a lock-nut and rotate the switch so that the vystupaniye of a plunger And met standard (see subsection 10.2.). If it is impossible to check a vystupaniye, then adjust position of the switch so that the plunger slightly concerned the brake pedal limiter. Tighten a lock-nut.
3. Attach wires to the switch, connect the battery to weight. Check operation of the switch. Signals of braking have to light up when pressing a pedal and die away at a pedal otpuskaniye. Otherwise repeat adjustment.
4. Check and if necessary adjust a free wheeling of a pedal. See subsection 2.23.
