Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lower glass and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Open and substitute a support under a door.
3. Remove the facing panel of a door.
4. Designate and disconnect all sockets, wires on weight, get all brackets of fastening of wires.
5. Remove a rubber trench from a door.
	6. Turn off a bolt of fastening of the limiter of opening of a door.
7. Designate the provision of loops on a door.
	8. Supporting a door, turn off bolts of loops and remove a door (in the drawing the top loop is shown).
	9. For access to bolts of a back door (arrow) open a forward door.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check a condition of axes of loops. If when swing a door in the vrtikalny direction the side play exceeds 1,5 mm, then loops should be replaced.
2. The door is regulated by movement in openings of loops of a door at the released bolts (on a body or on a door). After adjustment tighten bolts. After adjustment the door has to be aflush with the next panels of a body, gaps on a contour of a door have to be uniform and small. If it is not possible to adjust a door, then between a loop and a body it is necessary to lay washers.
3. Check adjustment of a clamp of the lock of a door on a vertical and a horizontal. The uvula of a latch has to adjoin to the center of a clamp. Otherwise adjust.
	4. For adjustment of a clamp release screws and move a clamp in the necessary direction with easy blows of the hammer. At the correct adjustment across the door has to be aflush with the central rack (or a back wing) and to be locked without big effort.
