Sequence of tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders

1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Merge cooling liquid from a case of the engine and from a radiator.
3. Merge engine oil and remove an oil filter.
4. Remove a throttle, fuel injectors and the fuel highway.
5. Remove an inlet collector.
6. Remove a final collector.
7. Take off a gas-distributing belt, an asterisk of the camshaft and the top intermediate pulley.
8. Remove the top section of a back cover of a gas-distributing belt.
9. Remove camshafts and elevators of valves.
10. Remove the generator and the distributor of ignition.
11. Unscrew bolts of the pump of the amplifier of steering. Shift the pump aside, without disconnecting from it hoses.
12. Disconnect all wires, tubes, hoses and ropes fixed on a head of cylinders.
13. Weaken and unscrew head bolts in the sequence of return that which is specified in the drawing Sequence of Tightening of Bolts of a Head of Cylinders. Weaken bolts on a quarter of a turn at one time.

14. Remove a head of cylinders.


1. Carefully clean and wipe with acetone the joined surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders. If surfaces are scratched or damaged otherwise, then they need to be processed in a specialized workshop.
2. By means of a suitable tap clean carvings in the block of cylinders. By means of a suitable die clean bolts of a head of cylinders.
3. Establish new laying of a head and establish a head.
4. Oil bolts pure engine.
5. Insert bolts and tighten them till the required inhaling moment in the sequence specified in the drawing Sequence of Tightening of Bolts of a Head of Cylinders.
6. Establish the remained details.
