1. Lift and fix the car on support. Remove the transmission.
2. Remove press a disk and a disk of a clutch coupling (for engines with the mechanical transmission).

3. Make adjusting tags (arrows) on a flywheel and on a bent shaft.
4. Unscrew flywheel bolts / a drive plate, if necessary block a flywheel the screw-driver.
5. Remove a flywheel / a drive plate. Intermediate rings are installed in cars with the automatic transmission on both sides of a drive plate. When carrying out assembly, the opening in an intermediate ring has to coincide with a pin (it is specified by an arrow).

1. Clean a flywheel and examine its surface on existence of cracks, scratches and the burned sites. Small damages can be removed, having processed a surface an emery paper. Check whether there are no absent teeth and whether the flywheel is deformed.
2. If necessary replace a back epiploon of a bent shaft.
3. Establish a flywheel on a bent shaft, using the tags made during the procedure of removal. Apply the pressurizing structure on carvings of bolts and insert bolts. Tighten bolts till the required inhaling moment.
