Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the oil pallet.
2. Unscrew screws (shooters) and remove a maslozaborny branch pipe.
3. Remove the lower intermediate pulley of a gas-distributing belt, a pulley of a bent shaft, a gas-distributing belt and an asterisk of a bent shaft.
4. Unscrew 12 bolts and disconnect a casing of the oil pump from the engine.
5. Unscrew two bolts (length of bolts of 16 mm) and disconnect a working part of the pump. Get the conducted gear wheel and remove the condensing ring.
6. Clamp a pump asterisk in a vice, twist a nut of an asterisk and remove an asterisk.
7. Carefully clean and wipe with acetone the joined surfaces of a casing of the pump and the block of cylinders.
8. Remove a lock ring of the reducing valve, get a spring clamp, a spring and the piston.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean all details solvent and check them for existence of wear and damages.
2. If the spring or the piston of the reducing valve are damaged, it is necessary to replace all elements of the valve.
3. Measure a gap between the conducted rotor and a casing of the pump.
4. Measure a gap between teeth of gear wheels. If gaps exceed the most admissible norms, gear wheels need to be replaced.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Replace epiploons of a shaft of the pump and a bent shaft. Grease epiploons with universal lubricant.
2. Establish a new sealing ring, oil the conducted gear wheel engine and establish a gear wheel in a casing. The tag on a gear wheel has to be directed outside (arrow).
3. Grease a shaft of the pump and insert the leading gear wheel, establish an asterisk of the pump and tighten a nut till the required inhaling moment.
4. Fill a pump cavity with vaseline and establish a working part of the pump on a casing. Tighten bolts.
5. Oil the piston of the reducing valve and establish valve details in a pump casing.
6. Establish new laying of the pump.
7. Install the pump and insert bolts. Tighten bolts till the required inhaling moment.
8. Establish the remained details.
